So I just purchased a nexus one on craigslist running cyanogen mod 6.0 and this thing is unbelievably slow! wondering if i should find a stock rom to put on it or what? i like all the customization that this rom offers, but when i go to scroll thru anything from apps in my launcher (not even one thing from the market yet) to scrolling down a web page it is extremely choppy.

Right now I have open a youtube video, this website, the task manager, and Nexus mods which I'm using to download one mod sized 570mb. I just downloaded a couple small video files using bitcomet after taking my computer out of sleep and the download was fast without any lag. 10 minutes later it's back to being laggy.
