In your Steam Application, find the DDLC game. Right click, then go down to 'Properties". A new window will pop up. Go to the third tab, "Local Files". There will be a button underneath called "Browse Local Files". This will bring you to the DDLC files - game code/characters/etc. The Characters file is available here.
